My siblings and I rate all of the services as excellent. Our Mom receives thoughtful, personalized care from the staff at Elder’s Ranch. She is treated with dignity, respect and true caring. We appreciate the care she receives and the many sincere interactions throughout her day. We take comfort that she is being well cared for in a pleasant senior living home.

My Husband has lived at Elder’s Ranch for almost five years now. Ronnie, the live-in caregiver is by far the best, very experienced, and provides excellent care on an individual basis. He is positive, patient, and friendly with all the residents and visitors. The place is always kept clean and safe, meals are good, and I like the visitors are welcome at any time. We’re both happy to be at Elder’s Ranch.

I am writing this letter to thank you… because of the wonderful care my mother received while living at Elder’s Ranch…we chose your home in Phoenix because two friends recommended you…Even though these friends didn’t know each other, it amazed me that they both recommended Elder’s Ranch. The care you gave my mother was wonderful. Your two employees, Ronnie and Aurora, are the best. I felt very comfortable and safe with them and so did my mother. My husband and I both agree that when it’s time for us to move to an assisted living, we are coming to Elder’s Ranch.
Elder’s Ranch is the perfect home for my dad. I toured many group homes and was initially impressed with Elder’s Ranch because of the smile and warm feelings coming out of the main caretaker; Ronnie. I also was swayed to choose Elder’s Ranch because there are no visiting restrictions. All of the other group homes have visiting hours that become very limited when you want to visit. It’s also important to know that I visit nearly every day–so I see what is going on in the house. They are served home cooked meals and eat together at the dining room table. Ronnie goes above and beyond my expectations because he helps the residents with their physical therapy exercises. He genuinely cares about them and wants them to get stronger. The caretakers are experienced, loving, and kind. The house itself is kept very clean and is spacious. I can rest at night because I know that my dad is safe and well care for!
