For more than 22 years, Ron has been a trusted and caring part of the Elder’s Ranch By Carla family. His dedication to seniors goes far beyond simply providing care—he has a genuine heart for the people he serves and is passionate about making each resident feel safe, respected, valued, and loved.
Over the years, Ron has built deep relationships with residents and their families, becoming someone they know they can count on. His compassion, consistency, and commitment have helped make him a trusted presence in our home.
That trust is especially meaningful to our family. Ron had the honor of caring for Carla’s own mother throughout her end-of-life journey for more than a year. Being entrusted with the care of someone so deeply loved by our family speaks volumes about Ron’s character, compassion, and the confidence we have in him. He provided not only attentive care, but also patience, dignity, comfort, and genuine companionship during such an important time.
Ron is a devoted father, son, and brother, and the same caring nature he brings to his own family is reflected in the way he cares for our residents. He understands that seniors deserve more than assistance with their daily needs—they deserve meaningful connection, kindness, dignity, and someone who truly sees them.
Outside of Elder’s Ranch By Carla, Ron is passionate about fitness, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His commitment to health and wellness is an important part of who he is.
After 22 years, Ron remains passionate about what he does. His experience, dependable nature, and heart for seniors make him an invaluable part of our team—and someone families can feel confident entrusting with the care of their loved ones.
For Trisha, caregiving is much more than a job—it is a privilege and one of the most rewarding parts of her life. She is dedicated to helping seniors feel respected, valued, comfortable, and cared for, while bringing a positive attitude and a little sunshine to their day. Families can feel confident knowing their loved one is in the hands of someone who truly cares about them as an individual.
Trisha has been married for 29 years and is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters. Outside of caregiving, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and cooking.
Trisha hopes to continue doing what she loves—caring for and connecting with seniors—for many years to come. Her heart for caregiving, years of experience, and genuine love for the people she serves make her a wonderful part of our Elder’s Ranch By Carla family.
